Teriyaki Salad Dressing is a great addition to Japanese inspired salads. This recipe is free from refined sugar, vegan and gluten free. As always I try to make easy recipes which will not require many ingredients or things which are not available in your local supermarket.
You can also use the dressing in addition to your favourite spirali noodles and as a marinate for the tofu chunks.
Keep in the fridge for over a week.

1tbsp rice vinegar
2tbsp gluten free tamari sauce
1tbsp untoasted sesame oil
2-3tbsp agave syrup
2 large grated cloves garlic
1 1/2tsp minced fresh ginger
1/2tsp chilli flakes
Mix all ingredients in the food processor making sure they are combined well.
Use the teriyaki salad dressing with any salad of your choice. Top your salad right before serving.
