Red cabbage super salad inspired by Japanese cooking to cleanse and detox your body. This recipe is great with the teriyaki salad dressing or just a drizzle of lime juice and a pinch of chilli flakes.
With this recipe you only need a few ingediants. It is quick and easy to make and super healthy.

1 medium carrot
1 medium courgette
100g soya beans
2 spring onions
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2tbsp sesame seads
1 tsp fresh red chilli
Start by toasting the walnuts on a small frying pan or in the oven until golden brown, let cool before using for the salad.
In a small sauce pan cook the soya beans then drain and let cool.
To mix the ingredients use a large salad bowl; add shredded cabbage, grated carrots and courgette spirali noodles, then soya beans, spring onions and chopped coriander.
To serve, top the salad with roasted walnuts, sesame seeds and chopped chilli then drizzle teriyaki salad dressing to taste.
