Ginger and lime dressing is one of my favourites and I use it for a lot of my salads and even stir-fry vegetables.
The ginger and lime dressing goes great with kale or any other green salad but also radishes, asparagus or courgettes.
Make sure you use fresh ingredients and keep in the fridge up to 5 days.
Prep time: 5min | Serves: 4
1 garlic clove (grated)
2tsp fresh ginger (grated)
2tbsp organic maple syrup
2tbsp fresh lime juice
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp cool water
In the food processor combine all ingredients and mix them well.
This recipe will provide you with four serving so keep the dressing covered and store it in the fridge. Shake well before serving.
