Cashew dressing – creamy, raw, vegan and deliciously healthy alternative to a regular Cesar salad dressing. I love using this dressing on salads, vegetables or with veggie sticks and crackers. What I love about it is that I never feel guilty having it with my dishes – there is nothing artificial added.
Store the cashew dressing in the glass jar and keep it in the fridge up to 5-6 days.

100g raw cashew nuts
2tbsp lime juice
2tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp olive oil
Soak the raw cashew nuts in the hot water for approx. 30 minutes then drain them and add to the food processor along with the remaining ingredients.
Blend well until smooth and creamy consistency.
For less thicker version add more water.
