Avocado smoothie healthy breakfast alternative


I have been obsessed with this healthy smoothie recipe. It is one of the quickest breakfast recipes I can think of when I am in a hurry. Both chia seeds and avocado are high in fibre which help your metabolism. Not only that; avocado is incredibly nutritious, prevents from cancer and contains fatty acids which are great for your heart. If you are having a low carb diet you must try this breakfast.

15g organic chia seeds

1 tsp organic vanilla powder

1 small avocado

280ml soya milk



Add all ingredients in the blender and mix them together until smooth consistency.

In the summer if you fancy your smoothie to be a bit cooler add a few ice cubs. For less thicker consistency add more milk. You can also add fruit topping such as berries or sliced banana. I eat mine served in the bowl or a glass with a spoon.
