Asian stir fry broccoli in aromatic garlic, chilli and soya sauce; I promise you will never find the broccoli boring. Stir fry is a great way of cooking quick and healthy. The amazing Asian flavours give this dish wonderful taste.
I served my Asian stir fry broccoli with rice and baked tofu. Sprinkle some green onions, sesame seeds and freshly squeezed lime juice.

100g green tender stem broccoli
200g purple sprouting broccoli
2tbsp green onions
3 garlic clove
2tsp fresh ginger (grated)
2tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp fresh lime juice
1tbsp coconut blossom nectar (or maple syrup)
1stp chilli flakes
1tsp black sesame seeds
1tbsp toasted sesame oil
Heat the toasted sesame oil in the large frying pan or wok, add the broccoli and fry for about 3 minutes, then add minced garlic, grated ginger & chilli flakes.
After 1-2 minutes add the soya sauce, lime juice and a splash of water (about 2-3tbsp). Fry all for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is crisp and tender making sure you stir the broccoli all the time.
Serve the Asian stir fry broccoli with jasmine rice and baked tofu with a wedge of fresh lime, green onions and black sesame seeds over the top.
